Can a husband or wife abuse each other or any one else including relatives?

کیا شوہر یا بیوی ایک دوسرے کے ساتھ یا کسی بھی شخص کے ساتھ بشمول رشتہ داروں کے ساتھ بدزبانی یا گالم گلوچ کرسکتے ہیں؟

Surah Ali 'Imran: 3 - Ayah: 134
Arabic
الَّذِيۡنَ يُنۡفِقُوۡنَ فِى السَّرَّآءِ وَالضَّرَّآءِ وَالۡكٰظِمِيۡنَ الۡغَيۡظَ وَالۡعَافِيۡنَ عَنِ النَّاسِ​ؕ وَاللّٰهُ يُحِبُّ الۡمُحۡسِنِيۡنَ​ۚ‏
English
who spend in the way of Allah both in plenty and hardship, who restrain their anger, and forgive others. Allah loves such good-doers."
Urdu
Jo har haal mein apne maal kharch karte hain khwah badh haal hon ya khush haal , jo gussey ko pee jatey hain aur dusron ke kasoor maaf kardete hain, aisey neik log Allah ko bahut pasand hain
Surah An-Nisa: 4 - Ayah: 148
Arabic
لَا يُحِبُّ اللّٰهُ الۡجَــهۡرَ بِالسُّوۡٓءِ مِنَ الۡقَوۡلِ اِلَّا مَنۡ ظُلِمَ​ؕ وَكَانَ اللّٰهُ سَمِيۡعًا عَلِيۡمًا‏
English
Allah does not like speaking evil publicly unless one has been wronged. Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
Urdu
Allah isko pasand nahin karta ke aadmi badhgoyi par zubaan kholey (speaking evil publicly), illa ye ke kisi par zulm kiya gaya ho. Aur Allah sab kuch sunne aur jaanne wala hai
Surah An-Nisa: 4 - Ayah: 149
Arabic
اِنۡ تُبۡدُوۡا خَيۡرًا اَوۡ تُخۡفُوۡهُ اَوۡ تَعۡفُوۡا عَنۡ سُوۡٓءٍ فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ عَفُوًّا قَدِيۡرًا‏
English
(Even though you have the right to speak evil if you are wronged), if you keep doing good -whether openly or secretly -or at least pardon the evil (then that is the attribute of Allah). Allah is All-Pardoning and He has all the power to chastise.
Urdu
(Mazloom honay ki surat mein agarche tumpar badhgoyi ka haqq hai) lekin agar tum zaahir o baatin mein bhalayi hi kiye jao, ya kam az kam burayi se darguzar karo, to Allah ki siffat bhi yahi hai ke wo bada maaf karne wala hai, Halaanke saza dene par poori qudrat rakhta hai
Surah An-Nahl: 16 - Ayah: 126
Arabic
وَاِنۡ عَاقَبۡتُمۡ فَعَاقِبُوۡا بِمِثۡلِ مَا عُوۡقِبۡتُمۡ بِهٖ​ۚ وَلَٮِٕنۡ صَبَرۡتُمۡ لَهُوَ خَيۡرٌ لِّلصّٰبِرِيۡنَ‏
English
If you take retribution, then do so in proportion to the wrong done to you. But if you can bear such conduct with patience, indeed that is best for the steadfast.
Urdu
Aur agar tum log badla lo to bas usi qadar le lo jis qadar tumpar zyadati ki gayi ho, lekin agar tum sabr karo to yaqeenan yeh sabr karne walon hi ke haqq mein behtar hai
Surah An-Nahl: 16 - Ayah: 127
Arabic
وَاصۡبِرۡ وَمَا صَبۡرُكَ اِلَّا بِاللّٰهِ​ وَلَا تَحۡزَنۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وَلَا تَكُ فِىۡ ضَيۡقٍ مِّمَّا يَمۡكُرُوۡنَ‏
English
And bear with patience, (O Muhammad) - and your patience is only because of the help of Allah - and do not grieve over them, nor feel distressed by their evil plans.
Urdu
(Aey Muhammad) sabr se kaam kiye jao aur tumhara yeh sabr Allah hi ki toufeeq se hai, in logon ki harakat par ranjh na karo aur na inki chaalbaaziyon par dil tangg (distress) ho
Surah An-Nahl: 16 - Ayah: 128
Arabic
اِنَّ اللّٰهَ مَعَ الَّذِيۡنَ اتَّقَوْا وَّالَّذِيۡنَ هُمۡ مُّحۡسِنُوۡنَ‏ 
English
For surely Allah is with those who hold Him in fear and do good.
Urdu
Allah un logon ke saath hai jo taqwa se kaam letay hain aur ehsan par amal karte hain
Surah Al-Isra: 17 - Ayah: 53
Arabic
وَقُلْ لِّعِبَادِىۡ يَقُوۡلُوا الَّتِىۡ هِىَ اَحۡسَنُ​ؕ اِنَّ الشَّيۡطٰنَ يَنۡزَغُ بَيۡنَهُمۡ​ؕ اِنَّ الشَّيۡطٰنَ كَانَ لِلۡاِنۡسَانِ عَدُوًّا مُّبِيۡنًا‏ 
English
Tell My servants, (O Muhammad), to say always that which is best. Verily it is Satan who sows discord among people. Satan indeed is an open enemy to mankind.
Urdu
Aur (aey Muhammad), mere bandon se kehdo ke zubaan se woh baat nikala karein jo behtareen ho. Dar-asal yeh shaytan hai jo Insano ke darmiyan fasaad dalwane ki koshish karta hai. Haqeeqat yeh hai ke shaytan Insaan ka khula dushman hai
Surah Luqman: 31 - Ayah: 18
Arabic
وَلَا تُصَعِّرۡ خَدَّكَ لِلنَّاسِ وَلَا تَمۡشِ فِى الۡاَرۡضِ مَرَحًا ​ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ مُخۡتَالٍ فَخُوۡرٍۚ‏
English
Do not (contemptuously) turn your face away from people, nor tread haughtily upon earth. Allah does not love the arrogant and the vainglorious.
Urdu
Aur logon se mooh pher kar baat na kar, na zameen mein akad kar chal. Allah kisi khud-pasand aur faqar jataney waley shaks ko pasand nahin karta
Surah Luqman: 31 - Ayah: 19
Arabic
وَاقۡصِدۡ فِىۡ مَشۡيِكَ وَاغۡضُضۡ مِنۡ صَوۡتِكَ​ؕ اِنَّ اَنۡكَرَ الۡاَصۡوَاتِ لَصَوۡتُ الۡحَمِيۡرِ‏
English
Be moderate in your stride and lower your voice. Verily the most disgusting of all voices is the braying of the donkey.”
Urdu
Apni chaal mein aitadal (moderate) ikhtiyar kar, aur apni aawaz zara past rakh, sab aawazon se zyada buri aawaz gadhon ki aawaz hoti hai
Surah Fussilat: 41 - Ayah: 35
Arabic
وَمَا يُلَقّٰٮهَاۤ اِلَّا الَّذِيۡنَ صَبَرُوۡا​ۚ وَمَا يُلَقّٰٮهَاۤ اِلَّا ذُوۡ حَظٍّ عَظِيۡمٍ‏
English
But none attains to this except those who are steadfast; none attains to this except those endowed with mighty good fortune.
Urdu
Yeh sifat naseeb nahin hoti magar un logon ko jo sabr karte hain, aur yeh muqaam haasil nahin hota magar un logon ko jo badey naseebey wale hain
Surah Fussilat: 41 - Ayah: 36
Arabic
وَاِمَّا يَنۡزَغَنَّكَ مِنَ الشَّيۡطٰنِ نَزۡغٌ فَاسۡتَعِذۡ بِاللّٰهِ​ؕ اِنَّهٗ هُوَ السَّمِيۡعُ الۡعَلِيۡمُ‏
English
And if you are prompted by a provocation from Satan, seek refuge with Allah. He, and He alone, is All-Hearing, All- Knowing.
Urdu
Aur agar tum shaytan ki taraf se koi uksahat (temptation) mehsoos karo to Allah ki panaah maang lo, woh sabkuch sunta aur jaanta hai
Surah Ash-Shuraa: 42 - Ayah: 39
Arabic
وَالَّذِيۡنَ اِذَاۤ اَصَابَهُمُ الۡبَغۡىُ هُمۡ يَنۡتَصِرُوۡنَ‏
English
who, when a wrong is done to them, seek its redress.
Urdu
Aur jab unpar zyadati ki jaati hai to uska muqaabla karte hain
Surah Ash-Shuraa: 42 - Ayah: 40
Arabic
وَجَزٰٓؤُا سَيِّئَةٍ سَيِّئَةٌ مِّثۡلُهَا​ۚ فَمَنۡ عَفَا وَاَصۡلَحَ فَاَجۡرُهٗ عَلَى اللّٰهِ​ؕ اِنَّهٗ لَا يُحِبُّ الظّٰلِمِيۡنَ‏
English
The recompense of evil is evil the like of it. But he who forgives and makes amends, his reward lies with Allah.Surely He does not love the wrong-doers.
Urdu
Burayi ka badla waisi hi burayi hai, phir jo koi maaf karde aur islaah karey uska ajar Allah ke zimme hai. Allah zaalimon ko pasand nahin karta
Surah Ash-Shuraa: 42 - Ayah: 41
Arabic
وَلَمَنِ انْتَصَرَ بَعۡدَ ظُلۡمِهٖ فَاُولٰٓٮِٕكَ مَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ مِّنۡ سَبِيۡلٍؕ‏ 
English
There is no blame against him who avenges himself after he has been wronged.
Urdu
Aur jo log zulm honay ke baad badla lein unko malamat nahin ki ja sakti
Surah Ash-Shuraa: 42 - Ayah: 42
Arabic
اِنَّمَا السَّبِيۡلُ عَلَى الَّذِيۡنَ يَظۡلِمُوۡنَ النَّاسَ وَ يَبۡغُوۡنَ فِى الۡاَرۡضِ بِغَيۡرِ الۡحَقِّ​ؕ اُولٰٓٮِٕكَ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ اَلِيۡمٌ‏
English
Blame attaches only to those who subject people to wrong and commit excesses on earth. A painful chastisement awaits them.
Urdu
Malamat ke mustahiq to woh hain jo dusron par zulm karte hain aur zameen mein na haqq zyadatiyan karte hain. Aisey logon ke liye dardnaak azaab hai
Surah Ash-Shuraa: 42 - Ayah: 43
Arabic
وَلَمَنۡ صَبَرَ وَغَفَرَ اِنَّ ذٰلِكَ لَمِنۡ عَزۡمِ الۡاُمُوۡرِ‏
English
But he who patiently endures and forgives, that is a conduct of great resolve.
Urdu
Albatta jo shaks sabr se kaam le aur darguzar karey, to yeh badi ulul azmi ke kaamon mein se hai
Surah Al-Hujurat: 49 - Ayah: 9
Arabic
وَاِنۡ طَآٮِٕفَتٰنِ مِنَ الۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ اقۡتَتَلُوۡا فَاَصۡلِحُوۡا بَيۡنَهُمَا​ۚ فَاِنۡۢ بَغَتۡ اِحۡدٰٮهُمَا عَلَى الۡاُخۡرٰى فَقَاتِلُوا الَّتِىۡ تَبۡغِىۡ حَتّٰى تَفِىۡٓءَ اِلٰٓى اَمۡرِ اللّٰهِ ​ۚ فَاِنۡ فَآءَتۡ فَاَصۡلِحُوۡا بَيۡنَهُمَا بِالۡعَدۡلِ وَاَقۡسِطُوۡا ؕ​ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ يُحِبُّ الۡمُقۡسِطِيۡنَ‏
English
If two parties of the believers happen to fight, make peace between them. But then, if one of them transgresses against the other, fight the one that transgresses until it reverts to Allah's command. And if it does revert, make peace between them with justice, and be equitable for Allah loves the equitable.
Urdu
Aur agar ehle imaan mein se do giroh aapas mein ladh jayein, to unke darmiyan sulah (peace) karao. Phir agar unmein se ek giroh dusre giroh se zyadati karey, to zyadati karne wale se ladho yahan tak ke woh Allah ke hukum ki taraf palat aaye. Phir agar woh palat aaye, to unke darmiyan adal ke saath sulah kara do, aur insaaf karo ke Allah insaaf karne walon ko pasand karta hai
